Chris Macias is the President of the Fontana Police Officers Association.
Chris a graduate of the San Bernardino Sheriffs’ Academy and began his law enforcement in 2008 with the Fontana Police Department.
He is currently assigned to the Detective Division. His past assignments include patrol, narcotics and the Rapid Response Team. Chris comes from a family of law enforcement professionals.
Patrick Heusterberg is the Secretary of the Fontana Police Officers Association. He is a 17-year veteran with the Fontana Police Department.
Prior to joining the Fontana Police Department, Patrick obtained his BS in Business Management from the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) and obtained his Master of Public Administration from Cal Baptist University in 2013.
Detective Davis grew up in the Inland Empire. After graduating from high school he attended California State University San Bernardino where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.
He started his law enforcement career as a civilian employee with the San Bernardino Police Department.
In 2012, he began the San Bernardino Sheriffs Academy. After graduation, he was sworn in as a Fontana police officer. He is very proud to serve the people of Fontana.
He has been assigned to Patrol, Gangs, Field Training Officer, a specialized joint task force headed by the FBI which gathered intelligence on violent gangs, and his current assignment as a Detective.
In his off-duty time he volunteers with the Fontana POA, loves bicycling and running.
Detective Coillot was born and raised in the Inland Empire. After graduating from Yucaipa High School he served our nation in the US Army.
After his tour of service with the Army he attended a local community college.
In 2005 he attended the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Academy and became a Fontana Police Officer. In 2010, he completed a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Columbia Southern University.
Jason has served as a Patrol Officer, Helicopter Observer, Gang Officer, Detective, and is currently assigned to Narcotic. Since 2009, he has been a member of the regional SWAT Team.
He is married and has three children. In his off duty time, he enjoys spending time with his family including camping all over the state.
